Flexible approach pays dividends
Flexibility is another important attribute to succeed as an interim. “This might be the duration of the role, the sector or the location,” adds Gaelle Blake. “Also, adaptability is required to fit into different company cultures.”
Employers will expect you to have strong interpersonal skills, as you will be leading from the front and often be responsible for making sweeping structural changes at the heart of an organisation.
