ECHoice - Flexible Benefits

The Company operates a Flexible Benefits Scheme (ECHoice), which allows you to tailor your benefits package to suit your personal circumstances and lifestyle. Core benefits will be effective from your start date with EC Harris and you will be eligible to join ECHoice upon successful completion of your probationary period. Information on ECHoice is available on the company's Intranet, which will be made available to you on your commencement of employment.

PHI is normally only for very senior staff and PMI is not for all staff. Wider provisions of PMI is currently under review as as are the optional benefits on offer.
