Home Inspector Training

Home Inspector Training is part of an independent group of five companies primarily focussed on training individuals for new professional careers. Established for almost 20 years and employing nearly 200 people, the company has four training centres located in Tolworth near London, Bristol, Birmingham and Manchester and has grown rapidly in the past four years.

HIT is concentrated on training individuals to attain the Home Inspector Diploma, an NVQ level 4 qualification, that will enable qualified candidates to gain work as a Home Inspector and to assist the government initiative on Home Information Packs. This is destined to become a legal requirement in the domestic home sale process from June 2007 and our business is currently training over 1,750 candidates to gain the qualification.

We need to recruit more degree qualified surveyors or CIOB qualified professionals with a background in surveying to assist in the training of our candidates by delivering our approved training and passing on the knowledge they have acquired in their careers. All of our candidates self fund their training and consequently are highly motivated to succeed and so fully enter into the learning process.
