As a new Finance Director at a Financially Challenged Trust, I am currently building a new team of Finance professionals who will steer the Trust into surplus. We will be delivering the first phase in our recovery by delivering break even in March for the first time in 9 years. The next phase is to move us to sustained balance with some surpluses. We can then begin the path to a successful Foundation Trust application.

 

We are looking for ambitious, energetic, self motivated individuals who welcome a challenge and enjoy the opportunities to really make a difference.
