Hays Sponsors the UK Housing Awards
On the 12th anniversary of the prestigous UK Housing Awards, Somerset County Council beat strong competition to take first place in the Creating Integrated Communities category sponsored by the UK’s leading specialist recruitment consultancy, Hays Social Housing. The awards are run by the Chartered Institute of Housing.
The national awards ceremony took place in London and special guest Monty Don spoke at the event. Somerset County Council beat other finalists - the London Quadrant Trust, High Peak Community Housing, Rochdale Boroughwide Housing, Old Ford Housing Association and Your Homes Newcastle, to win.
